Advancing Community Rehabilitation: Dome Union Foundation Leadership Steps into Key CSD Advisory Role

Earlier, the Founder of the Dome Union Foundation was honored to be appointed as the Vice Chairman of the 2nd Executive Committee for CSD Rehabilitation Affairs.

The ceremony was graced by high-level official leaders, including Mr. Wong Kwok-hing, CSDSM (Commissioner of Correctional Services), Mr. Ng Chiu-kok, CSDSM (Deputy Commissioner), and Mr. Tong Shun (Assistant Commissioner). The appointment letter was presented by the Hon Chan Hok-fung, MH, JP (Vice-Chairman of the LegCo Panel on Security) and Mr. Chau Chiu-sheung, BBS, JP.

Deep appreciation is also expressed to founder Mr. Ip Wing-shing, SBS, BBS, MH, JP, and Chairman Mr. Ha Chung-kin, BBS, MH, for their support. Looking ahead, the strategic goal over the next three years is to visit 500 schools, organizations, and communities—using the power of technology to innovate moral education in rehabilitation work.

Wearing multiple hats as a member of the UN-consultative ICPA Research and Development Group, a green tech founder, and the initiator of the Dome Union Foundation, the Vice Chairman has always strived to bridge technology with NGOs, blending innovation with tradition. With the ongoing guidance of these esteemed community leaders, steady and continuous progress will be made toward a better community.
