About Ms.EESL
I am a young entrepreneur, mother, and community builder.
Core Values & Mission
As a mother and entrepreneur, I firmly believe that education is the cornerstone of transforming the future, women’s empowerment is the driving force of social progress, and harmonious integration of families and communities forms the foundation of Hong Kong’s development. My goal is to unite forces across sectors to drive educational innovation, support women’s reemployment, strengthen family bonds, and inject vitality into Hong Kong’s sustainable development through policy advocacy and social enterprise models.
Education Innovation
The ed-tech platform I founded integrates STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, Mathematics) with the strengths of Hong Kong’s DSE Curriculum providing students with interdisciplinary learning resources. It also assists grassroots families in utilizing government subsidy schemes like the “Youth Career Planning Activity Funding Scheme” to narrow educational gaps. Simultaneously, I actively promote “Home-School Collaboration” through workshops and policy advocacy, reinforcing core family education values in alignment with the “Family, Parenting, Family Ethos” goals outlined in Hong Kong’s Youth Development Blueprint.
Women Empowerment
As a female entrepreneur, I deeply understand the challenges women face in balancing family and career. In partnership with NGOs, I initiated the “Flexible Employment Alliance” to encourage enterprises to adopt flexible working hours and remote work options. Additionally, I connect women with skill-enhancement resources such as the Employees Retraining Board’s “Self-Enrichment Learning Program”, helping them re-enter the workforce
Family & Community
I advocate for “Family-Centric” policy reforms, including:
- Housing Support: Promoting youth hostel schemes and the “Interconnected Housing Management Pilot Scheme” to improve living conditions for grassroots communities.
- Family Services: Serving as an advisor to the Family Council, I organized the inaugural “Exemplary Family Awards” to facilitate intergenerational experience sharing.
- Ethnic Minority Support: Assisting the Home Affairs Department in expanding integration centers and interpretation services to foster social inclusion.
Hong Kong Development
I firmly believe youth are Hong Kong’s future. As a partner of the Youth Development Commission under the Home and Youth Affairs Bureau, we co-created the “Youth Hub” and “LinkedYouth Network”, providing entrepreneurship incubation and cultural exchange platforms. We also promote Greater Bay Area youth collaboration projects to expand opportunities. Furthermore, my enterprise actively invests in smart city technologies and green innovations, aligning with the HKSAR Government’s “Eight Major Centers Development Strategy” to position Hong Kong as an international innovation hub
Call to Action
“The strength of one may be small, but the collective will can move mountains.” I sincerely invite all stakeholders—government, businesses, social welfare organizations, and citizens—to join hands in advancing educational innovation, women’s support, and family-friendly policies. Only through unity and collaboration can we build a more inclusive, innovative, and hopeful Hong Kong.
