早前，Dome Union 基金會主席林瑞琪女士出席了【法治教育領袖培訓計劃】。該高規格課程深刻闡明，一個具備永續韌性的法治社會，其核心價值在於「共建」與「傳承」。

此次活動特別邀請到多位特區政府及法律界頂尖領袖擔任主禮導師，包括：

  • 林定國先生 GBS，SC，JP（律政司司長、行政會議成員）

  • 張國鈞博士 SBS，JP（律政司副司長）

  • 梁美芬教授 GBS，JP（全國人民代表大會常務委員會香港特別行政區基本法委員會委員、港區全國人大代表、立法會議員）

作為長期活躍於教育、青年及婦女發展領域的國際化實踐者，林瑞琪主席在與多位法律界權威深入交流後指出：在全球數字化轉型的大背景下，法治教育已跨越了傳統法律條文的單向傳授，它更構成了當代「數字信任（Digital Trust）」與社會倫理的基石。如何將法治精神轉化為兼具國際視野與行動力的青年領袖準則，是推動現代社會治理的關鍵。

深耕「司法與科技」交匯點 彰顯基金會跨界實力 此項活動的參與，高度契合了 Dome Union 基金會長期以來在「未來科技、青年教育與政策倡議」三大板塊的戰略佈局。在林瑞琪主席的帶領下，基金會一直致力於將前沿科技（如人工智能、數字化轉型）導入傳統非營利組織（NGO）與社區服務中。

Earlier, Ms. Suiki Lam, Chairman of the Dome Union Foundation, attended the "Rule of Law Education Leaders Training Program," a high-level initiative emphasizing that the core of a sustainable, rule-of-law society lies in "co-construction" and "heritage."

The program featured distinguished officiating mentors and elite legal minds, including:

  • Mr. Paul Lam Ting-kwok, GBS, SC, JP, Secretary for Justice and Member of the Executive Council

  • Dr. Horace Cheung Kwok-kwan, SBS, JP, Deputy Secretary for Justice

  • Professor the Hon Priscilla Leung Mei-fun, GBS, JP, Member of the Committee for the Basic Law of the HKSAR under the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress, HKSAR Deputy to the National People's Congress, and Member of the Legislative Council

As an international practitioner dedicated to the tri-fold advancement of education, youth, and women's affairs, Ms. Lam highlighted that in the modern global landscape, rule of law education is no longer confined to static knowledge transmission. Instead, it forms the foundational infrastructure for digital trust and social ethics. Through high-level institutional exchanges with top legal experts at the forum, Ms. Lam explored how to effectively translate the spirit of the rule of law into actionable frameworks that resonate with emerging global youth leaders.

Deepening the Interface of Justice, Tech, and NGO Impact This engagement directly reflects Dome Union Foundation’s long-standing commitment to bridging social good with future learning and policy advocacy.
